At Chick-fil-A East Doral DTO, the Overnight Cleaning Crew plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and readiness for the next day’s operations. This team ensures every area of the restaurant—from the kitchen to the dining room—meets Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence.

Overnight Cleaning Crew Responsibilities:

• Deep-clean and sanitize Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) areas, including floors, walls, high-touch surfaces, restrooms, windows, drains, and storage areas
• Ensure floor cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Clean behind and underneath equipment and detail all equipment exteriors and fixtures to maintain high standards of sanitation and presentation
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all wares (pots, pans, utensils, trays) and ensure dish area meets health code standards
• Pressure-wash designated areas and equipment (patios, mats) and assist with hood/exhaust deep-cleaning tasks
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment exteriors and select interiors (breading tables, fryers, thaw cabinets, ovens, ice machines, coolers/freezers, shelving, and vents)
• Reset the restaurant for the next day: restock stations, line up smallwares, bag and line trash, mop and squeegee floors, and secure cleaning tools and chemicals
• Complete weekly/monthly deep-clean tasks (drains, shelving, vents, equipment descale) and document completion
• Support delivery organization and put-away on truck/key-drop nights (as needed)
• Organize and receive truck deliveries and inventory items to ensure proper storage and rotation

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliability and stamina for overnight work
• Ability to lift/move 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Working knowledge of safe chemical handling, PPE, and sanitation procedures
• Willingness to follow detailed cleaning checklists. 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial, kitchen porter, dishwashing, or QSR overnight experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Schedule:

Typical shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 4–5 nights per week (flexible)
