Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a variety of menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and sides following established recipes.
• Cook and grill food items according to specified methods, temperatures, and portion sizes.
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift.
• Monitor cooking times to ensure timely preparation and service of dishes.
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality standards.
• Work closely with kitchen team to maintain an efficient working environment.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of shortages.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
