Johnson College is currently seeking a part-time Biology Instructor to teach Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II lecture and lab courses for the upcoming spring 2026 semester. Lectures may be delivered either in person or in an online format as required by the schedule. The lab portion will be online. Adjunct Instructors are expected to review and refine a class syllabus to include instructor-specific contact information, plan and create lectures, in-class discussions, and assignments, grade assigned papers, quizzes, and exams, assess students' progress based on participation, performance in class, assignments, and examinations, report student learning outcomes, class reviews, and analyzing student data.
Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree preferred. Previous experience teaching at the postsecondary level is desired. A commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level and effective oral and written communication skills are required.
