We are looking for a talented and dedicated Bar Tender to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting memorable experiences for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Ensuring a clean and organized bar area, including managing stock levels and inventory.
Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs effectively.
Mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Collaborating with other team members to create a positive work environment.
Previous bartending experience is preferred, especially in a high-volume or nightlife setting.
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and classic drink recipes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid bartending license or equivalent certification.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
