Long Cove Club is seeking full-time and part-time bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. We're looking for team members with a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits. Most shifts end by 10 p.m. during the week and by 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shifts primarily Thursday–Sunday (plus holidays as needed)
• Starting at $20.00+/hour, based on experience
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Use the JONAS POS system to process orders and maintain accuracy
• Provide warm, personalized service and expert drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and beverage service at private events
• Support additional FOH duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in South Carolina
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the club
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in various indoor/outdoor conditions
