**EM Assemblers On 1st Shift** **Carlsbad, CA** **Job Description** Join our team as an EM Assembler, where you will be responsible for the assembly of joysticks, performing point-to-point soldering, installing switches and receptors, and soldering on small to medium-sized PCBs. **Responsibilities** + Assemble joysticks with precision and care. + Conduct point-to-point soldering accurately. + Install switches and receptors as per specifications. + Perform soldering on small to medium-sized PCBs. + Utilize Netsuite Systems to access and follow work instructions. + Employ small hand tools for assembly and soldering tasks. + Use microscope, drills, tweezers, and slicers effectively. + Engage in harnessing and wiring using strippers and pliers. + Utilize a magnifying glass for precise soldering work. + Work at multiple stations and participate in cross-training. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 6 months of assembly experience. + Minimum 1 year of point-to-point soldering experience. + Basic computer skills. + Knowledge of basic hand and power tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
