Armed Security / Bouncer – Legally Highest Bar (Chattanooga, TN) Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Legally Highest — Chattanooga’s premier nightlife destination and Hemp seltzer Bar — is hiring a professional armed bouncer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our bar.
Responsibilities:
Monitor entrances, exits, and patron behavior to ensure a secure atmosphere
De-escalate conflicts and enforce venue rules with authority and professionalism
Perform ID checks and deny entry to underage or unruly individuals
Secure the premises during high-volume hours and closing time
Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies
Requirements:
Licensed to carry a firearm in Tennessee
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Professional appearance, punctual, and calm under pressure
Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4 PM to 2 AM
Bonus Points For:
CPR/First Aid certification
Experience working in bars, nightclubs, or live event venues
Familiarity with ID scanning apps or security protocols in nightlife settings
