### **💼 About the Role**
Venture Smarter is seeking a motivated and professional **Appointment Setter** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key part in generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
### **🛠 Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients
* Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
* Explain company services and value propositions clearly
* Schedule appointments for the sales team
* Maintain records of calls and client interactions
* Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
### **🎯 Requirements**
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Comfortable making outbound calls
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred but not required)
### **💰 Monthly Salary**
**$600 – $900 USD per month**, depending on experience and performance
(+ potential bonuses or commission if applicable)
