Pay Rate Range: $20.00 $27.00/hr

Employment Type: Contract

Estimated End Date: December 2026

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Tekberry is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client Moog a world-class provider of precision motion control solutions. This is a full-time onsite contract role supporting business operations in a fast-paced professional environment. As a Tekberry W2 employee you will have access to health dental and vision benefits.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support including scheduling calendar coordination and correspondence preparation
Assist with purchasing card reconciliation and meeting/catering coordination
Perform accurate contract and contract-related data entry in compliance with established procedures
Prepare edit and distribute reports presentations and official documentation
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems to support operational and contract record accuracy
Receive screen and direct visitors; maintain lobby and visitor registration per site security requirements
Support onboarding and administrative processes for new staff
Respond to inquiries and route requests to appropriate team members ensuring timely follow-up
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within administrative operations
Uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all tasks
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Business Administration Office Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of administrative or business operations experience
Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills especially with contract-related information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Bilingual English/Spanish (written & verbal)
Experience with contract administration processes or terminology
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across teams
Customer service orientation and responsiveness
High degree of professionalism discretion and integrity
