💼 Role: Accounts Receivable Analyst
What You'll Do:
🎯 Reconcile payment discrepancies, AR agings, and claims to maintain current balances and minimize bad debt
📊 Investigate and resolve deductions, returns, and fees in coordination with internal teams and retailers
💰 Process credit/debit memos and ensure proper documentation for all adjustments
📋 Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to manage collections and resolve disputes
📈 Analyze payment trends, prepare reports, and support month-end close activities
🚀 Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with retailer guidelines
What We're Looking For:
✅ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
✅ 4+ years of AR and payment reconciliation experience, preferably with large retailers such as Walmart
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills preferred
✅ Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and retailer portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link)
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✅ High level of accuracy, accountability, and ownership
